    Directing office operations focused on obtaining federal funds (grants) for states and municipalities destined for infrastructure projects.

    More than 200 successfully funded projects up to date, in more than 100 cities across Mexico representing more than 60 million dollars.

    Currently working on structuring projects for companies whose goal is to be benefited from federal grants for 2017-2018.

    Partner (Real-estate Developers)

    Responsible for the development of low-income housing project in Garcia, Nuevo Leon.

    Negotiated with financial institutions the acquisition of land, which served as grounds to the whole development.

    Designed the housing and commercial project, which totals 209 acres.

    Negotiated with government entities for the processing of the different permits and zoning to make the business more profitable.

    Negotiated a joint venture with Pulte Homes Mexico for the construction of more than 3,000 low-income homes.

    Currently developing a Sports Center and Events Center in the Garcia, Nuevo León municipality.

    Operations Manager México (General and Specialty Contactor)

    In charge of client/government relations and the pursuit of new projects both in the public and private sectors managing to grow company’s sales and profits.

    Developed infrastructure bid for Tijuana, Baja California Government consisting on 7 million square meters of street paving.

    Structured and participated on PEMEX’s bids for mine site rehabilitation, stabilization of hydrocarbon filled lagoons and sulfur infested internal roads in Pemex’s Sulfur Mine in Texistepec, Veracruz.

    In charge of looking for new projects and opportunities in Central and South America, mainly highway building in Colombia, Brazil and Panama.

    Director and owner of Collections Agency working for clients such as Nextel, Banorte and Gas Natural.

    In charge of building the company from scratch acquiring clients and personnel.

    Grew the business to 40 employees within a year with annual sales of 1million dollars.

    Responsible for the firm’s operations, whose core business are collections, with more than 550 people in 35 different offices.

    Responsible for acquiring new clients and analyzing new business opportunities taking advantage of the already created infrastructure.

    Managed to grow the business more than doubling net profit, as well as the number of clients.

    Member of the National Association of Collection Agencies.

    Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma, Toronto, Canadá | May 1999 – November 2001

    Country Manager (Beer Brewing Company)

    Responsible for managing sales and marketing operations within the Canadian market increasing sales by 500%.

    Developed marketing strategy to tap into the Atlantic market and successfully acquire 35% market share of the segment by more than doubling sales and continue to enjoy a positive growth.

    Created and applied sales and distribution plan increasing sales throughputs by 40% and distribution by 60% in the province of Quebec.

    Developed sales strategy in key markets such as Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver, to continue an average growth of 25%.

    Responsible for opening and directing the Canadian head office.

    Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma, Monterrey, México | January 1997 – May 1999

    Country Manager (Beer Brewing Company)

    Initiated a due diligence process to analyze several expansion alternatives to increase the company’s sales in Canada. Decided on joint venture strategy with a Canadian partner.

    Negotiated successfully a joint venture with Labatt Breweries of Canada to utilize their distribution network in the Quebec region and increment sales and distribution exponentially for the next 10 years.

    Responsible for product entry into Canada, analyzing factors such as barriers to entry, legal issues, and local practices in the region. Negotiated with Canadian government to acquire distribution permit for the province of Quebec.

    Researched market and competitive data to develop a marketing campaign for the region. Implemented the plan in 1999, improving product’s market share by 90% and product’s share of voice by 73%.

    Country Manager (Beer Brewing Company)

    Managed and operated marketing and sales plans for nine European countries. Sales growth increased 20% per year in the region.

    Supervised promotional strategies on-site and evaluated its performance. Established an image of a high quality beer within the most demanding consumers of Europe.

    Defined and developed the strategic rational to exploit other European markets, such as Eastern Europe. Having as a result sales in the former Yugoslavia and Hungary.
